About Primary Care

Meet The Team

The doctor’s role is to educate and support the patient in their decisions! Our passion for helping others maintain autonomy, and our love and faith of Christ, helped us to form a partnership and desire to open a practice that supports patients who are frustrated by the current medical system and want to be supported in their own decision making. We want to focus on the health of the whole patient, strengthening the body, mind, and the soul.

“Alex was there every step of the way and brought my vision further than I could have imagined!”

Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Kieran Gesko

Hello! I’m Dr. Kieran Gesko, a naturopathic primary care physician who is passionate about family health and total wellness. I grew up in the greater Seattle area as the eldest in a big Catholic family (11 children), during undergrad studied biology and conducted research at Benedictine College in Kansas, and received my medical training at Bastyr University in Seattle. I also completed a year of Master’s in Psychology studies with Divine Mercy University to better understand my patients and how to support them from a whole person perspective. I am trained as an FSM practitioner (Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy), a non-invasive targeted therapy approach for a variety of conditions as well as pain management. As a family medicine practitioner I support my patients in all aspects of their health from pediatrics to geriatrics. My special clinical interests include cardiometabolic health, diabetes, women’s health, behavioral health, and nervous system function. I am passionate about patients taking charge of their health and focusing on preventative wellness. Outside of the clinic I love to work on growing my herbal medicine garden, cooking big dinners with family and friends, and adventuring with my husband and growing family. I pray daily for my patients and their continued health and wellbeing, and I look forward to getting to know YOU and supporting you in your health.
